Exchange Policy
The exchange product will be delivered within 7 days . We are happy to assist with exchanges for unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged items, retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please Note:
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
Return Policy
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with the original tags attached.
- The item should be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
To initiate a return or exchange:

- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please send clear photos or a parcel-opening video for us to assess the issue. Once reviewed, we will assist in resolving the problem promptly.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info.zennexmale@gmail.com. We will evaluate the situation and ensure the issue is addressed.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you want is by returning your current item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you’d like. This ensures we can process your request without delay.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. As required by law, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We have a 7 day return policy. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
If 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at info.zennexmale@gmail.com for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be processed.
Changes to Order Details
If you need to update the size, delivery address, or phone number for your order, please email us at mail.zennex@gmail.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised Information”. We will accommodate the change if the order has not been shipped yet.
International Orders
